- Collection of the products used in the broadcast from various points in Europe and their shipment from Brussels to Istanbul Atatürk Airport by a special cargo plane
- Completion of Ata Carnet procedures, loading of products from aircraft to internal transportation vehicles on the apron with special permits
- Delivery of the products to Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center, which is the live broadcast center, and after the live broadcast is completed, Ata Karne procedures are carried out and sent back to Italy and France.
